Designed and manufactured a tabletop two-person visual inspection device.
The contents are stirred by a rotation mechanism while being conveyed by vertical rollers made of resin, and inspected visually through a lens. - LED lighting is installed at the front and back. - A container rotation mechanism and mirrors are installed above and below. - External discharge is automatically performed by switch operation. - Appearance inspection and content volume inspection using image sensors are available as options. - We will design and manufacture inspection equipment tailored to your specifications.
